Angie's List Super Service Award
David Gray Heating and Air is proud to have earned the coveted Angie's List Super Service Award. Angie's List maintains service company ratings based upon reviews from its 1.5 million online subscribers. These member reviews are updated daily and Angie's List then assesses a grade of A through F for criteria ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.
According to an article in PC World: Reviews are never anonymous, and Angie's List takes precautions to prevent service companies from manipulating their ratings-for example, a company cannot review itself, nor can a company remove a review or listing. Additionally, members can report on a specific company or professional only once every six months, and they must confirm that they are not affiliated with the business.
Super Service Award winners are part of an exclusive club, fewer than 5% of all the businesses listed on Angie's List receive this award. David Gray Heating & Air had to meet strict eligibility requirements including earning a minimum number of reports, an outstanding rating from its customers and meeting certain operational guidelines.
"It's a select group of companies rated on Angie's List that can claim the exemplary customer service record of being a Super Service Award winner," said Angie's List Founder Angie Hicks. "Our standards for the Super Service Award are quite high. The fact that David Gray Heating and Air earned this recognition speaks volumes about its dedication to providing great service to its customers."
